This year we deepened our partnership with ITS Academy Agroalimentare Veneto, a nationally-recognized, highly technological programme for high school graduates offered by ITS Academy, by developing a training module that brought our experience to the classroom. Titled “Grains and Breadmaking”, the module consisted of 36 hours of lectures and visits to our sites.
