Gender equality: PDR 125:2022 certification obtained
Ensuring gender equality means designing a working environment in which men and women have access to the same career and development opportunities, it means understanding differences and turning them into wealth, it means guaranteeing fair parenting and a better work-life balance for mothers and fathers.
With the Road to Gender Equality programme, Morato Group has chosen to make this commitment by setting out on the road towards PDR 125:2022 certification, which attests to gender equality in corporate contexts. Today comes an important recognition for Morato Group with the achievement of gender equality certification for all Italian companies.
The Certification for Gender Equality represents on the one hand the recognition of the validity of the path set up with the implementation of corporate policies in support of inclusion, and on the other hand it represents the assumption of a commitment that we have signed and that will be translated into future projects,” said Stefano Maza, CEO Morato Group. “Our goal is very clear: to offer employees a comfortable, safe and inclusive working environment every day, which helps people to express their potential to the fullest and which guarantees men and women equal career opportunities and enhancement.
It is a path that Morato Group has chosen to take, through a precise mapping of the areas on which to focus the main interventions: from the introduction of a single performance management system to guarantee a more objective evaluation of performance, to the extension of more flexible working methods in all the Group’s companies.
The programme has involved and will continue to involve all the Morato Group’s Italian offices and the entire corporate population. Another milestone in the process of integration between the different souls of the Group, which increasingly sanctions a strategy aimed at valuing differences and inclusiveness and is an essential lever for the company’s sustainable development.
