Inclusive leadership and the value of diversity
Differences represent a great value for our Group, a reality with which we are confronted on a daily basis and from which arises a great responsibility: that of promoting a collaborative and inclusive culture that allows each individual to express his or her full potential.
It is a path we are following with commitment, through listening activities and concrete projects, in line with the policy we have adopted and which inspires the Diversity & Inclusion programmes in all Group companies.
Inclusive leadership and the value of diversity were the focus of the team building day that involved our entire production team at the Altavilla Vicentina plant.
Women and men with different roles, experiences and backgrounds, who through team games and role playing, had the opportunity to work on the deconstruction of stereotypes and prejudices, strengthening mutual trust in a game context that placed everyone on the same level. This made it possible to highlight the importance of #transversal skills and the role of the team.
We would like to thank all the participants for their enthusiasm and for having the courage to abandon, if only for a day, the usual daily dynamics, taking a step towards others in a spirit of collaboration and openness.
