Listening projects: climate survey
Listening in order to welcome and act. It was in this spirit that we chose to involve all our 1700 people in a company survey to help us understand to what extent the values we declare as a Group are actually lived in everyday behaviour.
The first result that deeply impressed us was the strong involvement of our people. Participation was over 60% with peaks of over 75% for France and85% for Spain, an expression of the strong and widespread desire to make their voice heard and tell their point of view.
We are a Group on the move, progressively shortening the distance, as demonstrated by a sense of belonging that has increased by 6 percentage points since 2023, reaching 64% today. We have an explorer’s spirit, ready to welcome change positively (66%) and to experience differences as an opportunity for growth and confrontation (72%).
There are also areas that invite us to new reflections and commitment, and we will focus on these for future projects: clarity of roles and responsibilities to cultivate a climate of trust and transparency, in which people feel free to act with certain references within the organisation. Finally, cultivate listening. 61% of respondents say they feel comfortable expressing their vision, a figure that we hope will continue to grow because it is only in this way that the best ideas flourish.
There were no right or wrong answers in this survey, just a perception to be noted and reflected upon. We will start from here, to chart the path for a new journey together.
